Made from high-grade stainless steel, the adapter is built to handle tough conditions and all-weather towing. Installation is simple – just replace the existing nut on the left side of your rear axle.

Installation

You’ll only need an Allen key and a wrench. Here’s how:

Step by step:

1. Remove the Existing Nut: Unscrew the nut securing the rear wheel on the side where the trailer hitch will be attached.
2. Position the Adapter: Place the adapter onto the axle, ensuring it sits flush against the dropout.
3. Secure the Adapter: Use the provided locking nut to fasten the adapter in place.
4. Attach the Trailer Hitch: Mount your bike trailer’s hitch onto the adapter’s extended arm.
5. Final Tightening: Ensure all components are tightened securely, and verify that the hitch does not interfere with the bike’s frame or braking system.
