From the day of purchase your Nordic Cab its warranted for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship.
From the day of purchase your Nordic Cab its has a limited warranty for 5 years against defects on the frame and structural static parts.
The defect must be reported within 14 days of the defect having been discovered.
Nordic Cab does not cover damage arising due to misuse (for example cuts, tears and holes in fabrics and textiles) or cosmetic damage (such as scratched or stained textiles).
Faults arising due to circumstances outside of Nordic Cab’s control shall not be rectified. Such faults include but are not limited to misuse, incorrect assembly, overloading or incorrect use of the product or accessories in relation to the written instructions, safety instructions and guidelines. Damage to the user’s vehicle, load or injury to persons or damage to their property shall also not be covered.
Wear and tear resulting from ordinary use, for example to brakes, electronic parts, tubes and tyres, as well as surface issues, defective zippers, damage to buckles, peeling coatings and discoloured textiles shall not be covered during the warranty period.
Damage caused during air transport or other transport damage (including pressure damage, tears, cuts and holes in textiles, damage to hub caps, handles and other components) shall not be covered under our warranty. In such cases, the claim for damages should be raised with the transport company.
The buyer shall be responsible for the costs associated with the return of components/products and for providing proof of purchase to the location at which the product was purchased.
