Description
Suitable for dogs from a height of approx. 50 cm with chest measurement approx. 56-112 cm and above for the largest dog breeds – min. 20 kg. Nordic Cab contributes to the pleasant relationship between the walker and the dog.
The harness is made of durable material and designed with the least possible strain on the dog when pulling a Nordic Cab sled or cart.
There are many recommendations regarding the dog’s leash. If you are unsure, please confirm with your vet. A general recommendation we have received is:
- A well-trained dog can pull three times its own weight.
- It is very important that the cargo/weight is positioned in the cart so that it creates the least possible weight on the dog.
- Always keep the dog on a leash for control and safety.
- Practice with the dog several times with an empty cart, until you and the dog are comfortable with the cart. A few dogs don’t like this at all and some will like this with a little practice and some are made to do this.
