Description
One of Maxxis’ most popular and ridden tires of all time. The ultimate grip for dry and semi-dry conditions has made this tire a legend in its own time. Hard center knobs provide low rolling resistance.
2C – Dual Compound – Two rubber compounds distributed throughout the tire to achieve lower rolling resistance.
TPI – Treads Per Inch – The lower the number, the more rubber and therefore higher weight and better puncture protection. This also makes the tire stiffer. Higher numbers mean a tire that follows the terrain more, and is more responsive and comfortable. The weight also becomes lower. High TPI is typically 120, while 60TPI is in the lower range.
