We at Nordic Cab want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations or if you wish to return it for other reasons, we offer a simple return process.
Before returning the item, please contact us if you experience any issues – 9 out of 10 times, we can find a solution that will make you love the product as much as we do. Please read the guidelines carefully before returning any items.
Products eligible for return
All orders from the online store can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return deadline
- For most items, the return deadline is 14 days from the date of receipt.
- For the main products Explorer, Cargo, Hunter, and Discover Child Carrier, we offer a 50-day satisfaction guarantee. Read more about it here: 50-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
How to return
- Remember to fill out and include the withdrawal form (only for the EU and EEA area), or a form with your order number and contact information.
- Packing return items
The product must be returned in its original packaging and be unused. Please pack the items in a way that ensures they arrive safely. - Return processing
Once we have received and approved the product, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used, minus the return shipping cost. Please note that refunds may take longer during busy periods.
Unclaimed orders
If an order is not collected from the pickup location within the deadline, the item will automatically be returned to our warehouse. This may result in additional costs for both outgoing and incoming shipping, which will be charged to the customer.
- Costs for unclaimed items
- We charge both the shipping cost for sending the item to you and the cost of returning the item to us. This can amount to a significant expense, especially for larger items such as trailers.
- Do you want the item to be shipped again?
- If you would like us to resend the item to you, we can arrange this. However, please note that shipping costs will apply for the new shipment. We do our best to keep the costs as low as possible and will be flexible wherever we can.
- Important: Let us know!
- If you do not want the item, it is very important that you inform us as soon as possible. Unclaimed items may remain in our warehouse, and it can take time before the return is registered and processed.
By providing clear notice and acting quickly, we can avoid unnecessary delays and additional costs for both parties.
