We’re incredibly confident that Nordic Cab will exceed your expectations. That’s why we invite you to actively use it for 50 days, experiencing firsthand how it complements your family’s adventures and needs.
Take your time exploring with the product, and if it doesn’t meet your expectations, simply return it within 50 days of receiving it. (Please refer to the terms and conditions below for more details).
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand firmly behind our promise of quality and functionality.
Terms and conditions:
- The product must be returned undamaged, including cosmetic and functional damage.
- Original packaging is not required but due to the size of the product, it may be a good idea to keep it to ensure proper protection if you want to return the product. The packing dimensions must be the same size as it was received.
- The product must be cleaned thoroughly with water and a mild detergent if it has been used. The product you return will be controlled reused.
- You will need to cover return shipping costs of 40 EUR/ CAD/ USD or 400 SEK
- Initial shipping costs are included in the total price for the Explorer. In the event that the product is returned, we will deduct EUR/CAD/USD 40 or 400 SEK from the credit to cover parts of the outbound shipping cost/order handling.
- Maximum deduction is 80 EUR/CAD/USD or 400 SEK.
- This satisfaction guarantee only applies to Nordic Cab Explorer models and not its accessories or parts.
