Stable and solid skis for Nordic Cab Explorer, and below we explain why we think our skis work so well.
Good glide
The skis are produced in cold-resistant high quality PE. This is material with very little friction on snow, and is the same as many ski manufacturers use in their soles.
Separate attachment point for skis
Nordic Cab has its own attachment point to skis that helps to balance the weight in the trolley. This means that you will not experience gaining up to 10 kg of weight to carry when you pull the sled. The trip will therefore be as comfortable as possible for those who are going to pull the sled as well.
Curved shape
Weak curved shape provides good contact surface on the snow. The principle works in the same way as tension in the ski.
Steering track
In the sole of the ski there are four steering tracks. These make the sledge follow the runner incredibly stable. If you use skis without steering tracks, you may find that the sledge skids, this will not happen with our skis even in relatively tight turns and downhill.
Wide ski
Good width and carrying surface of the ski means that it also works well off the trail.
Individually moving
Nordic Cab ski is independent of each other. This allows them to move according to the terrain.
Twintip
In addition to the high tip in the front, our skis also have tips at the back. This makes it easy to manoeuvre. For example, if you push the sledge backwards, these will not dig into the snow.
