Delivery
(All information applies to international orders.)
- Door-to-door delivery with DHL Express
- Local VAT and import duties are included in the price – no hidden fees
- Delivery times:
- Europe: 2–4 days
- North America: 4–6 days
- Rest of the world: 5–7 days
Adapter Guarantee
If you received a recommended adapter from us, it was chosen after a qualified manual review of your exact bike model.
If, against expectations, we made an incorrect assessment, we will ship you the correct adapter free of charge – no hassle, no cost.
Returns
As a Norway-based company, returns must be shipped back to Norway. Returns are, of course, possible, but the return shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping fee.
We are working to establish better logistics hubs in both the EU and North America, expected to be ready during 2026.
