How Our Satisfaction Guarantee Works

• Test It for 50 Days
  Use the Explorer during your outdoor adventures, whether as a bike trailer, ski sled (pulk), or cargo sledge. Take your time exploring how it fits your needs.
• Easy Returns if You’re Not Satisfied
  If the Explorer doesn’t meet your expectations, return it within 50 days of receiving it.

Terms and Conditions

• The product must be returned undamaged (no functional or cosmetic damage).
• Original packaging is not required, but it’s a good idea to keep it to ensure safe return shipping. The packing dimensions must match how it was received.
• The product must be thoroughly cleaned with water and mild detergent if used.

Return Shipping Details

• Return shipping costs are EUR/CAD/USD 60 or 600 SEK, which you will need to cover.
• The initial shipping costs are included in the product price. If the product is returned, EUR/CAD/USD 60 or 600 SEK will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the outbound shipping cost.
• The maximum deduction for shipping and order handling is EUR/CAD/USD 120 or 1 200 SEK.
