Make the most of your ski trip
Remember to check your equipment before heading out. There’s no good feeling when you arrive at the parking lot or cabin and realize you’re missing something or that the equipment isn’t functioning properly. We want everyone to have positive experiences with Nordic Cab, which is why we’ve created a checklist.
This is what you need to remember!
- Prepare your equipment well in advance of departure, preferably the day before.
- Check and tidy up the ‘cabin.
- Try to attach the skis to the sled. If the equipment has been stored for a while, the mechanism that locks the ski may malfunction.
- Check that you have all the locking pins (4 pieces) that secure the tow bar in the correct position. A good rule is to always put these in place when the tow bar is disassembled.
- Put on the pulling harness, check that it is properly adjusted, and that the rings on the sides are intact.
- Do you have all the parts for the sled?
- 2 x Ski with axle
- 2 x Telescopic drawbar bent with Velcro pins
- 2 x Telescopic drawbar straight with Velcro pins
- 2 x Flexible nylon puller for the sled
- Pull harness
