What if I don’t know my bike specs?
No problem! Just send us a photo of your bike (ideally the rear axle area), and include your best guess for the model and year. We’ll take it from there.
Can I use your adapter with a Thule Chariot bike trailer?
Yes! Our adapters are compatible with all Thule trailer models, including Chariot, Cougar, Cross, Lite, Cab, and others.
Is this only for 12 mm thru axles?
Not at all. We also offer adapters for solid axles, 5 mm thru axles, and spacer kits for bikes where there’s not enough clearance for the hitch.
I have a Thule trailer, but the hitch won’t fit my new bike – what do I need?
In most cases, you need a thru axle adapter that matches your bike’s axle type and threading. We’ll help you find the right one quickly.
Can I mount a Thule trailer on an e-bike or MTB?
Yes! As long as we find the correct axle specs, our adapters work with electric bikes, mountain bikes, hybrid bikes, and more.
How long does shipping take?
We ship with DHL Express worldwide. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on location. All taxes and VAT are included.
What tools do I need to install the adapter?
Just a standard 6 mm Allen key (hex/Allen wrench) and a wrench. Installation is simple and takes just a few minutes.
Can I still use the trailer with other bikes after installing the adapter?
Yes – as long as the other bike also uses a compatible axle or you have another adapter. Some customers buy two for flexibility.
Is it safe to use with children in the trailer?

Do I need to buy the trailer hitch too?
